Eric Stockton is a freelance musician and educator living in the borough of Queens in New York City.  Most recently he has been working as guitarist for the new Broadway Musical ROCKY playing eight shows a week at the famous Winter Garden Theatre.

Eric also performs as a sideman for many talented musical artists in NYC including KONDOR, Craig Lawrence, and Daniel Goodman who is soon to release recordings of new songs in 2014 featuring Eric on guitar.

Past credits include the Broadway production of Soul Doctor, First National Tour of Flashdance the Musical and as a guitar sub for the Broadway shows Newsies and Godspell, as well as the Big Apple Circus.

In 2010 Eric released his first solo album of his own original music titled roots.  On occasion you can find Eric performing an acoustic set of this music in venues around NYC.

Eric is available for tours, recording and performances for hire including music for your special private event or at your eating and drinking establishment.  He performs with a wide variety of musicians who are able to provide just the right sound and atmosphere you’re looking for.

Eric also has nearly twenty years experience as a professional guitar instructor and is currently available for private lessons.
