Eric Stockton is a freelance musician and educator living in the borough of Queens in New York City.\u00a0 Most recently he has been working as guitarist for the new Broadway Musical\u00a0ROCKY<\/a>\u00a0playing eight shows a week at the famous\u00a0Winter Garden Theatre<\/a>.<\/p>\n Eric also performs as a sideman for\u00a0many talented musical artists in NYC including\u00a0KONDOR<\/a>,\u00a0Craig Lawrence<\/a>, and\u00a0Daniel Goodman<\/a>\u00a0who is soon to release recordings of new songs in 2014 featuring Eric on guitar.<\/p>\n Past credits include the\u00a0Broadway production of\u00a0Soul Doctor<\/a>,\u00a0First National Tour of Flashdance the Musical\u00a0<\/a>and as a\u00a0guitar sub for the Broadway shows\u00a0Newsies<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Godspell<\/a>,\u00a0as well as the\u00a0Big Apple Circus<\/a>.<\/p>\n In 2010 Eric released his first solo album of his own original music titled\u00a0roots.<\/a>\u00a0 On occasion you can find Eric performing an acoustic set of this music in venues around NYC.<\/p>\n Eric is available for tours, recording and performances for hire including\u00a0music for your special private event or at your eating and drinking establishment.<\/a>\u00a0 He performs with a wide variety of musicians who are able to provide just the right sound and atmosphere you’re looking for.<\/p>\n Eric also has nearly twenty years experience as a professional guitar instructor and is currently available for\u00a0private lessons.<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n Eric Stockton is a freelance musician and educator living in the borough of Queens in New York City.\u00a0 Most recently he has been working as guitarist for the new Broadway Musical\u00a0ROCKY\u00a0playing eight shows a week at the famous\u00a0Winter Garden Theatre. … Continue reading Tweet<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
